The mission of TriHealth EAP is to help organizations enhance the productivity and wellness of their human resources by developing, delivering and managing employee assistance services through a dedicated and professional staff. Service is our number one priority and our people are our most valuable resource.

The TriHealth EAP system provides a broad-brush approach to employee assistance by offering counseling, direction, support and understanding to employees and family members who may be experiencing any number of life problems. A problem-solving action plan is developed with each participant.
