What is TriHealth EAP?
TriHealth EAP is an employer-sponsored program of the Corporate Health division of TriHealth,
Inc., headquartered at 11121 Kenwood Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242. We have locations throughout Greater Cincinnati for

TriHealth EAP was established in 1984 as a division of
Bethesda Healthcare, Inc. in Cincinnati. Bethesda
later merged with Good Samaritan Hospital and became TriHealth. TriHealth EAP
now provides Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for more than
both locally and nationally with more than a quarter of a million people
eligible for services.
The mission of TriHealth EAP is to help organizations enhance the productivity and wellness of their human
resources by developing, delivering and managing employee assistance services through a dedicated and professional staff.
Service is our number one priority and our people are our most valuable resource.
The TriHealth EAP system provides a broad-brush approach to employee assistance by offering
counseling, direction, support and understanding to employees and family members who may be experiencing any number of
life problems. A problem-solving action plan is developed with each participant. The goal of this plan is to increase
each client's sense of well being and improve his or her level of performance at work and at home.
