Consultation Services Regarding:

  • Problem employees (deteriorating work performance, unacceptable attitude/behavior on the job)
  • Threats of violence in the workplace
  • Policy and procedure development for prevention of violence in the workplace

  • Manager self-care and survivor issues with reorganization, downsizing and change

Organizational Diagnosis and Intervention:

When a workgroup or team is in conflict and/or not working effectively, TriHealth EAP can diagnose the situation, assess the needs, make recommendations and, where appropriate, assist management with an intervention.

During an organizational intervention, TriHealth EAP will provide on-going process consultation to prepare management to take over the process and to prevent problem reappearance.

Critical Incident Response Services:

Following a death, serious accident, act of violence, or other traumatic event, TriHealth EAP staff will conduct an on-site group session or be available on-site to speak individually with your employees to assist them  in understanding, normalizing and managing their feelings.
